Our gym is in Puls 5, in the heart of Zürich-West. From Zürich HB, take tram 17 (to Förrlibuckstrasse) or tram 4 (to Technopark) – both stops are a 2-minute walk away. From Zürich Wiedikon, take bus 72 from Goldbrunnenplatz to Schiffbau, then walk 5 minutes. We're also easily reached by bike or on foot from Escher-Wyss, Hardplatz, and Langstrasse. Paid parking is available in the Puls 5 garage.

Not at all! BJJ is a great way to get in shape. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and you'll build strength, flexibility, and cardio as you train.
Yes, safety is our top priority. We emphasize proper technique and controlled training. New students learn fundamental movements and safety protocols before engaging in live sparring.
We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week. This allows your body to adapt while giving you enough practice to build muscle memory and improve consistently.
Gi BJJ is practiced wearing a traditional uniform (gi) which allows for grips on the fabric. No-gi is practiced in athletic wear and focuses more on underhooks, overhooks, and body control.
